Gianfagna Welcomes New Client, Cone Instruments
Cone Instruments of Solon, Ohio is a leading global supplier of medical imaging products to hospitals, imaging centers, doctors’ offices, and other health care facilities.  We are working with Cone Instruments to develop a targeted direct mail catalog focused on a specific category of products, imaging tables and related accessories.  New offers are being tested for their impact on generating direct sales and qualified leads. 

Gianfagna Clients Win Awards for Excellence
Congratulations to our client Prentke Romich Company (PRC), which recently was recognized for the superior service it provides its customers. The assistive technologies leader, based in Wooster, Ohio, won the Smart Business 2010 World Class Customer Service Award.

PRC also was recently named one of the top 75 best places to work in Northeast Ohio by the Cleveland Plain Dealer, as was another of our clients, the National Association of College Stores.

Rae-Ann Nursing Facilities has garnered national attention for the excellent care it provides after being named “One of America’s Best Nursing Homes” by U.S. News & World Report in its 2010 rankings. Closer to home, readers of Cleveland’s West Shore Live Well magazine have voted Rae-Ann the “Best of the West” nursing facility for the fourth consecutive year.

Gianfagna-Designed Websites Win Prestigious Awards
The AAC Language Lab website we designed for our client PRC won a Silver Award in the 2010 International Communicator Awards competition in the Websites-Education category.

We also won a Silver Award in this same competition for the site we developed for Gianfagna Strategic Marketing. There were over 7,000 entries in the competition sponsored by the International Academy of the Visual Arts. Our own website also received a Bronze Award in the Self-Promotion Website category in the 2010 Summit International Awards. 

Jean Joins the Board of The Gathering Place
Agency president Jean Gianfagna has been elected to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of
The Gathering Place, a nonprofit, community-based cancer support center with two locations in Northeast Ohio. The Gathering Place addresses the social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of individuals with cancer and their supporters. All programs and services are provided free of charge. Since 2000, The Gathering Place has served more than 17,500 individuals who have made over 110,000 visits.
